1. What BrokeSEO does

BrokeSEO is a website SEO audit tool. You give us a URL, we analyze it and give you a report. That's pretty much it. We provide the service "as is" and make no guarantees about search engine rankings or traffic improvements.

2. Acceptable use

You may use BrokeSEO to audit websites you own or have permission to analyze. Please don't:

• Use the service to attack, overload, or abuse other websites
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or abuse the free tier
• Use automated scripts to run bulk audits without a paid plan
• Resell or redistribute BrokeSEO audit results without an Agency plan

3. Accounts and billing

Free tier requires no account. Paid plans (Pro at $7/mo, Agency at $25/mo) are billed monthly through Stripe. Both plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Refunds

If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid subscription, contact us at [email protected] and we'll issue a full refund. After 14 days, refunds are at our discretion.

5. Accuracy

BrokeSEO provides SEO audit results based on automated analysis. While we strive for accuracy, SEO is complex and our checks may not catch everything. We recommend using our reports as a starting point, not as definitive SEO advice. We never make audit results inaccurate to seem more alarming.

6. Limitation of liability

BrokeSEO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to changes in search rankings, lost traffic, or business losses.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of BrokeSEO after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
